This Coffee & Books session will feature author Ghada Karmi in conversation with Noura Erakat about her book One State: The Only Democratic Future for Palestine-Israel.

Karmi, described by The Financial Times as “an intelligent, sensitive writer,” was violently driven from her home in the prosperous Jerusalem neighborhood of Qatamon in 1948. She has never stopped longing to return, and here she outlines the most compassionate and democratic way forward from the grave injustice inflicted on her family and nation.
